The 2014 Toyota Auris (pictured) gets a bit of a makeover
Toyota has decided it’s time to make a few tweaks to the Auris – nearly 2 years on from its debut – so both the Hatch and Estate are getting changes, the hybrid version gets more trim options and there’s a new trim level – Auris Icon Plus. The Auris Icon Plus comes with a new set of 16″ alloys, privacy glass, folding electric door mirrors and the option of a new Tungsten Blue Metallic. Inside, the Icon Plus gets heated front sports seats, the new Toyota Touch 2 with SatNav and cruise control (but only on the petrol and hybrid versions.

Now that Jaguar has managed to break in to the 21st century with its product it’s also doing its best to break in to the 21st century with its technology. And it’s making a pretty good job of it too. A couple of days ago we exclusively reported that Jaguar are installing the latest software on all XJs free of charge in what we think is an industry first.
Land Rover publicly unveiled its redesigned 2013 Range Rover five-seat SUV in London on Thursday, with less weight and better fuel economy than its predecessors thanks in large part to a new all-aluminum unibody structure--the first of its kind in an SUV, according to Land Rover. The company also announced that European Range Rover buyers will get a diesel hybrid option. The Range Rover hybrid will pair a 3.0-liter diesel engine with a 35kw electric motor.
